It discusses how to assess and measure your organization’s safety culture and steps to achieve a culture of safety.

The webinar covers redefining quality and safety. Not only does it discuss what is meant by high reliability and a culture of safety, our presenter provides industries we can learn from and the eleven tenants of a culture of safety.

Your organization should aspire to zero harm. The webinar covers what zero harm looks like and how you get there. It also includes the pillars of high reliability as well as the three challenges of establishing a culture of safety.

The Joint Commission provides the framework for accreditation. Our presenter discusses the culture of safety standards, what we need to ask to truly know. She also provides an example of safety culture questions.
